It is not always easy to provide temporary housing in every state, city, town, and rural area in the U.S. As there is often a lack of local houseware providers, our partners cannot service areas in remote regions of the country causing them to pass on these otherwise great business opportunities. Our goal is to provide our superior product offering and extraordinary services that our partners expect from SUNSHINE RENTALS with our existing delivery fleet everywhere else in the U.S.

SUNSHINE RENTALS has been developing and pioneering new processes and procedures to meet the needs of these areas in a cost-effective, efficient, and professional manner. We have been perpetually refining our processes and building them into our distribution system for our partners. Today, we are proud to announce that we will be opening our SUNSHINE EVERYWHERE Service to cover all of our partners’ temporary housing needs, wherever they might be located.

 

By leveraging our partnership with FedEx, this service spans almost the entire U.S., while also being extremely simple to use.

 

To start the process, it's very easy.

  1. Send an email to orders@HousewareRentals.com with your details (delivery address, required delivery date, package type, size of home, bed sizes, and quantity). Within thirty minutes, you will then receive an email with a FedEx quote for ground, two-day, and overnight shipping. For most locations in the western U.S., our ground service reaches the destination in 1-2 days.

  2. Confirm the required delivery date and approve the one-time, round-trip shipping cost. We will then handle the rest!

  3. SUNSHINE RENTALS will then start packing the order. If it is placed before noon, we will ship it the very same day.  Otherwise, we will ship it the next business day or whenever you request it.

  4. Once the shipment leaves our distribution center, you will get an email notification with your FedEx tracking number, along with a confirmed delivery date estimate.

  5. Once it arrives and is signed-for, you will get an email confirmation to notify you that your package has made it safely.

  6. Your guest or policyholder will then find a box labeled "OPEN ME FIRST," which contains instructions for unpacking, as well as the FedEx shipping return labels to make the return process hassle-free. Included in the package is also a gift card for the local Target or Walmart, which covers the expenses for any odd-sized items that cannot be delivered due to shipping restraints, such as brooms, mops, and ironing boards.

  7. When your guest or policyholder is done with the rental items, all they need to do is repack it, apply the pre-addressed return labels, and leave it outside the front door. FedEx will then do the rest!

  8. You will then receive an email notification when the boxes are picked-up and returned to the SUNSHINE RENTALS Distribution Center.

 

The SUNSHINE Everywhere Service is simple and fast with fixed-pricing. All of the items are delivered on the same day at the same time in an easy-to-manage process. Best of all, you get to use our award-winning and extraordinary service the entire time.
