Sunshine Rentals prides itself in offering top quality Houseware products. Our products include: linens (bedding, towels, and pillows) that are the same as those found in five star hotels, state-of-the art kitchen products including comfort grip utensils and designer stainless steel cookware, name brand small appliances, and one of the finest dining room place settings in the industry including china dishes, linen placemats and napkins, sleek glassware and contemporary silverware. We create packages to meet the needs of all tastes and budgets from the standard necessities to our exclusive entertainment accessories such as Sony’s PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, 24” & 32" HD LCD TVs, 42”-75” Samsung Smart TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and even Routers.  We can also accommodate various ethnic needs with our Asian, Indian and Kosher options.

Our packages are delivered to your location by our professional installers who will unpack all the items and display/store them with artistic touches.  In no time at all, your kitchen is ready to cook in, your table ready to eat at, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are now on par with a high-end luxury hotel.  Another one of our signature touches is our exclusive Sunshine Rentals Welcome Package providing a broad assortment of necessity items such as coffee, tea and a few snacks.

When your rental has concluded, we will pack and pick-up our products. After we have picked up our products, they are returned to our facility to be refurbished to showroom condition by our dedicated staff.

Housekeeping & Corporate Maid Service

Our Maid Service is designed to relieve the tenant from the hassle of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance of their temporary home so they can focus on their work and other tasks at hand. Our trained professionals are thorough and efficient, providing top quality service.  No harsh chemicals are used and we utilize the finest cleaning products and techniques to leave the home fresh and clean. We always provide fresh sheets and towels with each visit and we launder all of our products at our facility utilizing our commercial laundry equipment. This results in the very freshest and cleanest linens and towels that have no chemical odors and are not stiff or rough like those from other industrial laundry services. We also perform Detail, Turnaround, and Move-out cleanings that exceed apartment community standards.

Rollaway Bed Rentals

Sunshine Rentals provides short-term rollaway bed rentals (twin size) for those last minute guests.
