Location

Sunshine Rentals is strategically located in Vista, CA which is in North County San Diego.  We are centrally located to service all of Southern California on a daily basis with easy freeway access to the main arterial freeways 5 & 15 with reverse commutes to all our delivery areas.

Facility

We own our 13,600 Sq Ft concrete tilt-up building.  It has been designed to our specific needs.  Providing front office space, climate controlled storage, general warehousing, production staging, refurbishment, chemical mixing systems and our own dedicated commercial laundry & dishwashing systems.  We have customized racking systems for our Beds, Baby Items, Linens, and Housewares.

Sunshine Rentals practices JIT (Just In Time) warehouse.  We stock a production aisle that allows us to pick, pack and ship customize Houseware Inventories in a matter of minutes with numerous quality control check points along the way.  We are the only Houseware Rental Company that offers next day delivery on orders placed by 3:00pm and even Same-Day delivery (additional service fees apply) for those last minute requirements.

Technology Infrastructure

Sunshine Rentals continually makes significant investments in our Technology Infrastructure to better serve our customers needs.  In late 2005, we implemented a new open end software platform based on MAS 200 with numerous customization that created an end to end integrated solution that enables us to manage our rentals, inventory, delivery and pickup routing, billing as well as standard accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, and General Ledger from the same application.  The end result is an even better service for our customers, by providing them  with more information in a simple and consistent format.  From Service Notices and  Service Times to our Trademarked Heads Up Reports.  What ever our customers special needs are we can now support from customized reporting to export capabilities.
